Sparkle 200ML is a synergistic premix of two potent systemic fungicides. Azoxystrobin belongs to the strobilurin class (QoI), which inhibits mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the quinone oxidising site of the cytochrome bc1 complex. This prevents spore germination and zoospore motility.

Difenoconazole, a triazole fungicide, acts as a demethylation inhibitor (DMI) of sterol biosynthesis. It disrupts the fungal cell membrane’s integrity by interfering with ergosterol production. Together, these two modes of action provide preventative, curative, and translaminar activity, ensuring the pathogen cannot develop resistance easily while protecting the entire plant architecture.
